For 30+ years with two Fortune 500 Companies Billy formed and managed businesses/companies in the USA and internationally. Also, as a merger and acquisition specialist he directed numerous global acquisition and divesture transactions. His experience is a valuable asset in marketing businesses, understanding the needs of diverse Buyers and Sellers and advising business owners on their business operations.

Edward G Abramowitz, Associate of Bmax Associates, has a BA in Psychology and has numerous years of production management experience. During Edward's tenure with previous employers he has developed a consultative partnership with clients (internal/external) offering valuable services of: Work-flow Analysis, Concept Coordination, and Training and Development. Edward has brought his consultative approach to Bmax Associates in resolve to assist prospective Sellers and Buyers achieve their business goals.
